Crawdad Fishing

Sorry that all the pictures are out of order...I still can't figure Blogger out...

You would think by the looks of this picture that he had NO FUN at all on our little outing..... But this is actually because we were leaving.Last Saturday we took a little trip to East Canyon Dam to go crawdad fishing.
Jeff had a last minute thought of bringing his fishing pole too. "We might as well throw in a hook while we are catching crawdads" and its a good thing we did!

Cordell is the ONLY person that caught something. We didn't even think that he had a fish because it was so small. He was VERY proud of himself!
This little guy got bored very quickly.
Jeff is teaching Chester how to cast out. He did a great job for his first time!
We didn't have any luck with the Crawdads. We only caught that little fish of Cordell's, But you can tell by the earlier picture that Chester was entertained the whole time because of that little fish!

We stayed for a few hours and then decided to give up. The highlight of the night would have been Cordell catching the fish....and me trying to hike back up the mountain.
