Here are some random things that have been going on with the Chapman's...





Kayden was the first in his class to reach is AR goal (don't ask me what AR stands for...) It's basically a reading comprehension type thing, and for every book you read you take a test on it. Then each book is worth so many points. ANYWAY...Like I said before, The first in his class! So because he was the first in his class his name was written in Big Red glitter letters on the poster for his class and he received "The Grand Prize" He came home with the BEST grand Prize Kayden could ever hope for! FOOD!!! (for those of you who know Kayden..Food is ALL he thinks about, talks about, dreams about and breaths.)

We are very proud of him! He is a great reader!

The next randomness with the Chapman Family is this sweet Guy! There is NEVER a dull moment when Chester is around. He always has some random witty comment floating around his brain. His mood swings are like a pendulum. When he is rotten he is unmanageable, when he is sweet, he melts your heart. Like almost every day when he tells me "Mom, I love you up to space and back" Seriously?? Could that be any sweeter???

Well this sweet boy decided one day at school that he was tired. So he asked Grandma if he could take a nap. She happily obliged (probably because he was in one of his rotten moods) She gave him some chocolate and he went his Merrily way into the room where he takes a nap. And this is what we found when he woke up!!!


He had fallen asleep before he could even eat his chocolate, so there it sat, wrapped up in his dirty little boy hand, Melting and oozing for 2 hours. Guess what he said when he discovered what had happened??

"It's your fault Grandma for giving me chocolate!"
