Most of you know how insanely dedicated my husband is when it comes to running...Well this is proof... This was what he looked like this morning when he got home from his 6 mile run. He Left at 6:30 a.m. when the temp was like 1 degree!
That is ICE all over his head....Training for a marathon in April sounds AND looks NO FUN to me!

Way to go Jeff!! What dedication. Tell me this, when its winter do you still have to use the little bandaid for, well you know where? What marathon are you training for?
